Yes I have filed a Chapter 7 within the past eight (8) years or a Chapter 13 within the past six(6) years.
You are allowed  a discharge in a Chapter 7 once every eight years. If you have filed within this time frame, you can not file a chapter 7 right now. Also, if you have filed a Chapter 13 within the past six (6) years, you may not file a Chapter 7.

However, you may be able to file a chapter 13 bankruptcy.
Do you have a regular income from employment, social security, disability or from any other source?
